Karulaugupesto:
paar suurt peotäit (~ 30 g) värskeid karulaugulehti
20 g seedermänni seemneid
20 g parmesani
1 dl külmpress-oliiviõli
soola-pipart
Valmistamine
Surista kokku pesto. Maitsesta soola ja pipraga. Puhasta sisefilee terava noaga kelmetest ja maitsesta soola-pipraga. Määri filee pestoga ja keera selle ümber peekoniviilud. Seo küpsetusnööriga kinni ja tõsta ahjupannile. Küpseta 200-kraadises ahjus umbes 30 minutit või kuni filee on kaunilt pruun. Keera fileed küpsetamise ajal mõned korrad, et see saaks igalt poolt krõbe. Serveeri ülejäänud pesto ja ahjukartulitega.
